Now Hiring: Entry-Level Production Team Members (All Shifts)

Join us as a Production or Machine Operator and help manufacture, inspect, and package high-quality chrome-plated and plastic components for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect chrome-plated and plastic parts for quality defects
  • Rack and un-rack components
  • Clip or trim excess materials
  • Assemble lenses and chrome-plated parts
  • Operate basic machinery and injection molding equipment
  • Package and label finished products
  • Track scrap and production data
  • Perform general assembly and lifting (up to 60 lbs)

Shifts & Schedules

Molding & Assembly Production (8-hour shifts, 5 days/week):

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri; Sat as needed)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri; Sat as needed)
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri; Sat as needed)

Plating Production (10-hour shifts, 4 days/week):

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Thurs; Fri/Sat as needed)
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Thurs; Fri/Sat as needed)

Overtime may be required. Overtime pay applies as applicable.

Starting Pay Rates

Molding & Assembly:

  • 1st Shift: $13.50/hr
  • 2nd Shift: $14.25/hr
  • 3rd Shift: $14.00/hr

Plating Department:

  • 1st Shift: $14.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: $14.75/hr

What You Need to Apply

  • No prior experience required—we provide full training!
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Basic math skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Consistent attendance required during a 60-day probationary period
